[Japan] Ajinomoto Scholarship for ASEAN International Students 2011

Deadline: March 31, 2010 (Indonesia: March 10, 2010)

Ajinomoto Scholarship enables students from five ASEAN countries (Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Vietnam) wishing to enroll in a master's course (major in one of the sciences) at the University of Tokyo, to secure scholarships before their arrival in Japan. It aims to cultivate individuals capable of leading Asia in the twenty-first century and to contribute to the development of Asia and the world as well as to mutual understanding between these countries and Japan.

[England] Sheffield Hallam University Vice-Chancellor's ASEAN Scholarship

To celebrate the official launch of the Sheffield Hallam University South East Asia regional office in Kuala Lumpur in March 2009, one full tuition-fee scholarship is available to an applicant from South East Asia for a 2009/10 postgraduate course. All full-time postgraduate taught courses are taking part in this scheme.

Application for the Singapore Scholarship must be submitted on the prescribed application form (The application form and supporting documents must be of A4 size and printed on one side only). The Wesleyan Freeman Asian Scholars Program 2008-2009

The Wesleyan Freeman Asian Scholarship Program provides expenses for a four-year course of study toward a bachelor's degree for up to twenty-two exceptionally able Asian students annually from these countries and regions: the People's Republic of China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam.
