A PhD Research Fellow is available at the Department of Chemistry, University of Oslo , within the Functional Inorganic Materials research group under the supervision of Professor Serena Margadonna.

The fellowship is for a period of up to 4 years with 25 % compulsory work and is available from June 1, 2011. Starting date no later than October 1, 2011.

Faculty of Humanities, University of Oslo, Norway offer 20 Ph.D. positions that are open to all disciplines at the Faculty.

The Faculty has approximately 130 Ph.D. students divided into seven departments and one center:

The International Ibsen Scholarships were initiated in 2007 by the Norwegian government. In total, scholarship funds amount to 1,000,000 NOK (approx. 125.000 Euro/150.000 US Dollars) in 2009, and will be awarded to Ibsen-related projects worldwide.

    The Graduate Studies in International Affairs (GSIA) program in the ANU College of Asia and the Pacific, in partnership with the International Peace Research Institute, Oslo (PRIO) and Bjørknes College, offers one scholarship each year for full-time study in the Master of International Affairs specialising in Peace and Conflict Studies degree program. Tuition fees will be covered by The Australian National University and Bjørknes College; and students will receive some funding towards living costs as a stipend.

    The International Peace Research Institute, Oslo (PRIO) regularly announces student scholarships for master's degree students who have completed their coursework and are in the process of writing their theses.

    The International Peace Research Institute, Oslo in partnership with Bjørknes College, are offering scholarships for the two Master programmes we are involved in. The two programmes are in collaboration with the Australian National University's Department of International Relations, and with Stellenbosch University in Australia.
