Siam Cement Group (SCG) Foundation provides scholarships for the government staff and general public in Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, and Indonesia to pursue their studies in the Bachelor, Master or Doctoral level at the leading educational institutions in Thailand.

The Sato International Scholarship Foundation offer two types of scholarship for self-supporting students from ASEAN countries as well as Southwest Asian countries enrolled in a Japanese undergraduate or graduate institution.

Ajinomoto Scholarship enables students from five ASEAN countries (Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Vietnam) wishing to enroll in a master's course (major in one of the sciences) at the University of Tokyo, to secure scholarships before their arrival in Japan. It aims to cultivate individuals capable of leading Asia in the twenty-first century and to contribute to the development of Asia and the world as well as to mutual understanding between these countries and Japan.

Beasiswa: 

To celebrate the official launch of the Sheffield Hallam University South East Asia regional office in Kuala Lumpur in March 2009, one full tuition-fee scholarship is available to an applicant from South East Asia for a 2009/10 postgraduate course. All full-time postgraduate taught courses are taking part in this scheme. The successful applicant will be awarded with a certificate to mark their achievement at an annual Prize-winners' reception.

With the support of the North-Rhine-Westphalian Ministry for Innovation, Science, Research and Technology (MIWFT), the Institute for Geoinformatics offers

The Erasmus Mundus External Cooperation Window (EM ECW) is a cooperation and mobility scheme in the area of higher education cooperation. The EM ECW objective is to achieve better understanding and mutual enrichment between the European Union and third countries cooperation in the field of higher education through promoting the exchange of persons, knowledge and skills at higher education level. The EMMA programme provides funding opportunities for students, researchers and academic staff to take part in 'mobilities' between the Asian target group countries and the EU.

Funded by a grant from the Government of Japan, the Japan Indonesia Presidential Scholarship Program (GIPS) supports PhD studies in an academic field of study covered by ten Indonesian Centers of Excellence (CoE) participating in the program. Each of these newly established Centers of Excellence is located at a leading higher education institution in the country with a demonstrated track record in the pursuit of excellence.
