The Steve Huckvale Scholarships are now available from this academic year for international students born in an African country to study a postgraduate taught programme in the field of Engineering or Management.
The purpose of this prestigious award is to assist an international candidate with academic merit and leadership potential to study at the University.

There are two Steve Huckvale scholarships for applicants to a taught master's degree. One scholarship is for courses within the School of Management, and one is for the School of Engineering and Design. Each scholarship is worth £5000 and is open to international applicants born in an African country.

I am a graduate of BA degree in Geography and environmental Studies with Sociology minor from Addis Ababa University in 2008. In addition to this, I have college Diploma in Chemistry with 10 years of work experience in soil and plant analysis at National Soil Research Center here in Ethiopia. I have conducted a research in titled: Environmental Impact of the Flower Industry on concentrations of selected Heavy Metals: A case of Holtea area.
