Searching Free Scholarship in Canada or USA, or Austriala

I am a 27 years old. I have B.A Degree in Management with CGPA 3.28 and MGPA 3.44, and also 6 six year work experience in Ethiopia Civil Aviation Authority in Human Resource Management Assistant. I want to be learn MBA in Canada, USA, Austriala or any state for free scholarship.So, I kindly request your co-operative in free schlorship program.
