asking for opinion

I am a lady from Ethiopia it took me a long time to study for my BA.Imagine after having two children as a single parent,how it could be tougher to study for my MA.Is there any chance for a women like me ,BA in English and working as a radio journalist to study in full scholarship ?If there is such a thig please let me know.
